You've got it. I'm not sure on your engine if the drain plug is on the bottom or the side though.
On the Zongshen 200cc motors that GIO puts on their ATV's the oil is drained through a large capnut with a screen behind it on the left front side of the motor. Other engines use a conventional drain plug on the bottom. I can't help you on the service manual but hopefully someone else will come along that knows where you can find one .
Edit: After looking at your picture again I don't see the side drain so I'm guessing that your drain plug is on the bottom.
